Regarding the media coverage of “The Appearance and Structure of Indigenous Defense Submarine Exposed, Resembles the Soryu-class Submarine” and “Indigenous Defense Submarine May Delay with No Budget Limit”, the Navy Command Headquarters has stated today (27^th) that the coverage is a misinterpretation. The Indigenous Defense Submarine case is implementing according to the plan as of now, and is strictly and prudently controlled by the Navy to ensure a smooth implementation of the case; the command headquarters hereby asks that the media to not make any wild guesses.

The Navy Command Headquarters emphasized that the submarine is an important combat force of national security as well as a critical indicator for the construction of national defense; the ministry hereby requests the support of citizens and media.
